Cantabile and Concert Choirs: DISNEY RECORDING WORKSHOP March 2017

(UPDATED 2/10!) Disney Recording Workshop is Coming Up!

Just a reminder that we have applied for the Disney Soundtrack Recording Workshop, and the date is now set for WEDNESDAY MARCH 29th 2017! The workshop will allow students to work in a real recording studio, and sight read new music, then record voices to a Disney movie clip. More details of the event and what to expect will be given to students soon.

We do have to turn in the money before the workshop, so to be sure we get it in on time, we need all money by FEB 24TH 2017. The cost will be $130 $115 (lowered price!) per student, which covers the workshop costs itself, entrance into the park (one park only) and transportation. Checks are to be made out to: SGUSD, and in the memo line include name, 4-digit ID # and "Disney workshop" on it.

Students have been given various ways to raise funds individually and as a choir. If funding is an issue, PLEASE do not wait till the last minute to inform me. Please contact me and discuss your concerns. Our goal is to make sure all students get to participate in this valuable opportunity.
