If you are a 6th grader or 7th grader who is NOT in choir right now, and are interested in joining choir when school resumes, please fill out the form CHOIR APPLICATION FORM 2020-2021 and choose one of the following:

 

1. Submit a short video of yourself singing, instructions are in the form. Videos must be less than 2 minutes and shared to Ms. Chew from your school Google Drive.

 

2. If you don't want to submit a video, you can meet Ms. Chew on Zoom, by making an appointment asap, for a meet time during 5/4 - 5/12. Ms. Chew's email: [email protected]
